LJC 88 SDN. BHD. 202601009775 (1671873-M) commits to acting on a cancellation request the moment it reaches us, and to being straight with you about the point beyond which acting is no longer possible. The provisions below govern that.
1. Cancellation Window
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and is then refunded in full. Once those 24 hours have elapsed cancellation may not be possible, the order having potentially been processed or shipped already.
2. Requesting a Cancellation
Contact customer service without delay, quoting your order number; support will then establish what stage the order has reached, and confirm whether it remains eligible to be cancelled.
3. Refund of an Approved Cancellation
Where a cancellation is approved, the refund is issued to the payment method originally used; allow 7–14 business days for it to be processed and to appear in your account.
If you are unsure whether your order has already gone out, ask us rather than assume: we would rather check the despatch record for you than leave you guessing.
