1. Coverage of Service
Our shipping service extends across the whole of the country: to Peninsular Malaysia, covering all states; and to East Malaysia, covering Sabah & Sarawak. An order addressed to either region is accepted on the terms recorded here.
2. Processing of Orders
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days; weekends and public holidays fall outside that reckoning. On processing and dispatch you will receive a confirmation email setting out the tracking information assigned to your consignment.
3. Delivery Methods and Timeframes
We do not offer overnight or next-day delivery. The windows we do work towards are those recorded in the table below:
Those periods are estimates and not commitments: courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather may each extend them.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free; standard shipping fees are waived as part of the value we commit to. Where an order is a bulk or specialised promotional one, a fee may nonetheless be calculated at checkout on the basis of total weight and destination.
5. Tracking
Once your parcel passes to our courier partner you will receive, by email or by SMS, a tracking number together with a direct link; that link reports the progress of the consignment as it happens.
If a parcel looks to have stalled, tell us rather than wait it out: we would rather chase the courier on your behalf than leave you guessing.
